The fike-cutters are very practical for St Sophia and the Cistern Basilica, but not very efficient for Topkapi. The cruise is very pleasant and the sightseeing buses always interesting for a first visit to the city.

Kürzlich haben wir eine Tour zu einigen der berühmtesten Sehenswürdigkeiten Istanbuls unternommen, darunter die Hagia Sophia, die Blaue Moschee und die Cisterna Basilica. Leider war das Erlebnis insgesamt sehr enttäuschend, da weder Audioguides noch Kopfhörer zur Verfügung gestellt wurden. Wir waren eine große Gruppe und es war fast unmöglich, den Führer zu hören oder die Erklärungen zu verstehen. Die geschichtlichen und kulturellen Hintergründe, die diese Orte so faszinierend machen, gingen uns so völlig verloren. Ohne Audioguide oder Kopfhörer waren wir gezwungen, uns durch die Menge zu drängen und die Informationen selbst zu suchen, was den Besuch sehr stressig und unbefriedigend machte. Für ein so wichtiges touristisches Ziel hätten wir einen viel besseren Service erwartet. Insgesamt war die Tour absolut schlecht organisiert und wir würden sie unter den gegebenen Umständen nicht weiterempfehlen. Eine Investition in Audioguides und Kopfhörer wäre dringend erforderlich, um den Besuchern ein zufriedenstellendes und informatives Erlebnis zu bieten.

The app to make reservations is excellent. There is always the concern if it is real and not a fraud. I can attest that it is real, it is not a fraud. They are very punctual according to the times indicated for each tour. There has never been any inconvenience. Two things need to be improved: They walk too fast forgetting that in the group there are older people who walk slower. And when they offer the tour, they explain almost nothing because they are in a hurry to leave. My tour at the Blue Mosque was about 30 minutes when it was supposed to be 90 minutes. The Hagia Sophia tour took about 15 minutes.

Great to be part of a guided tour and be able to skip the queues. While our tour guide was very nice and clearly knowledgeable about the subject matter, he was difficult to understand at times and spent far too long talking. There were periods where we were standing in the hot sun (on the street outside the Hagia Sofia) or sitting on the floor (inside the Blue Mosque) for 30-40+ minutes - this was very uncomfortable and meant we had less time to enjoy the sites at our leisure. There was also a break for lunch not outlined in the ticket which meant the overall tour took hours longer than anticipated.

Skip the line tickets were the best thing we could do, it saved us hours of waiting in long queues under the sun. The group was quite small which make it easy to hear our guide. Our guide was great, he spoke very good English and explained everything in a very interesting way. I really liked that he also told us about Turkish history, culture, current situation in the country etc., I found it very interesting. Hagia Sofia was amazing and breathtaking. Basilica cistern was a big surprise, it's a beautiful place worth visiting. The time given in each place was enough for exploration and pictures. The tour overall took 4 hours. I highly recommend this tour when in Istanbul.

The information passed on by the tour guide can be found on Google. We were expecting something more. Time spent at Basilica Cistern was not enough and didn't have time to take pictures. There was an accident and our group member helped the lady. The guide didn't wait for the doctor to join us nor didn't help him on informing the people concerned at Blue Mosque. There was another lady missing after the Basilica Costern. He didn't do due diligence. I think we spent more time on the first one, second one just hurried through it and last one was an introduction only.

The tour are flexible in that you can join when you want at different times. We did the Blue Mosque and Hagia Sofia on one day and the Basilica Cistern the next day. Made it less rushed. Guide was very knowledgeble.

The Citernes are worth visiting. However, it is recommended that you take an audio guide. Or visit the Citernes with a guide. In just under an hour you can visit the Citernes.

When I saw the line of people waiting to buy tickets, I thought, "Oh no! This is going to take a long time". Then I saw the online opportunity on a sign. The online tickets were easy to buy because your e-commerce design was very simple. In just a few minutes, I walked right past the line to the entrance and showed them the e-ticket on my phone. The experience was great but we made the mistake of not booking a day earlier and taking advantage of the full 24 hours of the pass. We booked on our last full day in Istanbul and consequently our experience turned out to basically be a long bus ride. We're glad we did it though because we saw sights we otherwise wouldn't have seen and learned things from the fairly detailed audio guide. After we got off, we retraced parts of the ride that caught our eye and discovered wonderful sights and neighborhoods in the process. The online ordering experience was a breeze and finding the departure point was surprisingly easy. Istanbul is a wonderfully chaotic and complicated city, easy to get lost in. We fully expected to have a hard time finding the bus, but no, an easy short walk from the tram stop and we were there. The onboarding process was easy, efficient and professional. Our only complaint is they didn't retract the roof of the bus, which would have made the sights really pop and, of course, made it easier to take pictures. Also, be warned, Istanbul traffic is like New York rush hour traffic all day every day. All in all we enjoyed the experience and were glad we did it. If you're in Istanbul, take the bus ride, it's worth it.

I truly enjoyed my experience. I did think the pricing was a little high, but I would absolutely do this again. For me it's the history. Some of the things I saw were left over materials. Nothing significant about a head turned sideways other then it's was a leftover material. There were information boards, I loved the decorative lighting and art work. It was nice. I had skip the line tickets, so I'm glad I didn't have to waste a lot of time standing in a long line. I'll get the audioguide next t time. I spent about 45 minutes here. You have to walk down stairs to get to the cistern and then walk up stairs to leave. The routing is very organized. I recommend taking it all in.

My Hip on hop off ticket says optional ticket to Topkapi Palace. But manager did not show up on time and just sent a message thru another person that we can get the those tickets in Topkapi cafe. To make the story short nobody gives us a tickets.

Hop on hop off buses run infrequently. A round trip takes 2.5 hours. The trip looks like standing in a traffic jam. It was hot in the bus. Not much information from the audio guide. It's all about listening to music. The tickets for the museum came without a code for the audio guide. I could not do anything with it on the spot.

The traffic was bad and therefore the tme between attractions seemed interminable. 40 mins between buses is too long. The audio guide was difficult to hear particularly above the noise of the traffic. And it was not clear from the guide what I was meant to be looking at. " ....on your right..." etc . Finally at €40 per head I didn't think it was value. Sorry but I couldn't recommend you.

this is a must see when in Istanbul. It's cool how they built such an increadible underground structure hundreds of years ago. Using the Skip the line, made it perfect as there is a HUGE line and you really walk by them all and just go in. Don't think i'll ever wait in line if I can find one of these skip the line options online.

Very interesting and imposing ancient building and good for great photos. Thanks to the slightly more expensive tickets, there is no endless queue at the entrance. In short: a must-see spot in Istanbul for those who haven't been there yet. And if you don't want to spend 45 minutes waiting in the blazing sun, the small surcharge for the tickets is fine.
